Terms & Conditions

Above rate are inclusive of taxes and all fees per room per night - Please be advised whenever there will be revision in taxes & fees, net rates will be increased accordingly as per the tax implementation from UAE Government.

 Rate is inclusive of Buffet breakfast per day

 Rate is applicable per room per night as per the mentioned dates above Additional booking  will be subject to room and rate availability

 Room preference will be subject to availability (Twin bed, Split bed, King + 1 extra bed, King bed)

 Date changes 15 days prior to arrival date with minimum stay of 3 nights during the main event between 24th to 27th November 2025

Check-in/out Time

The check-in time is after 14:00hrs. Check-in before 10:00hrs will be subject to 100% of the room rate and is subject to availability

Check-out time is 12:00hrs. Check-out between 12:00 and 16:00 will be subject to 50% room rate charge and is subject to availability.  Check out later than 16:00 will be subject to 100% of the room rate and is subject to availability.

Payment and Guarantee

60 Days prior to the event date 100% of the total estimated amount will be charged. A credit card payment link will be send by the hotel to the guest/company

Cancellation/ Early Departures and No Shows

Cancellation below refers to individual/group room cancellations.  Client will provide written notice to Hotel, accompanied (except in the case of a Force Majeure) by payment of the cancellation charges indicated below. Both parties agree that the amounts stated in this cancellation clause are reasonable estimates of the losses that would be incurred by Hotel and its ability to mitigate the losses through resale. Should the blocks be released after confirmation, the deposit paid (if any) shall not be refunded. Period Charges

No Shows, and Early Departure from original reservation date: 100% of the total estimated amount will be charged
