Rates quoted will be charged to the Guest by the Andaz-Hyatt Capital Gate Hotel Abu Dhabi. BTC Group is the intermediary for the hotel reservations at the Andaz-Hyatt hotel, only the Andaz-Hyatt Capital Gate Hotel conditions apply and prevail the BTC Group conditions

Andaz Capital Gate Abu Dhabi hotel is pleased to confirm the following special rates to Guest:

All the prices quoted below and above are inclusive of all applicable service charges, local fees, taxes, 5% VAT on basic rate and service charge. Any changes on taxes will be automatically applied without prior notice.

Guests will cover their own charges for bed and breakfast including taxes and any extras.
Room type will be a mix between King and Twin bedded, based on availability (Hotel’s decision).

Check-in time: 15.00 hours Check-out time: 12.00 noon
Hotel will endeavour to provide rooms fully serviced for the arrival of all guests. However, this cannot be guaranteed until 15.00 hours on the day of arrival
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and incur an additional charge as follows:
Early check-in
Up to 09.00 hours: 100% of confirmed Guest rate
After 09.00 hours: 50% of confirmed Guest rate
Late check-out
Until 18.00 hours: 50% of confirmed Guest rate
After 18.00 hours: 100% of confirmed Guest rate
MEAL RATES
Breakfast is included in the above mentioned rates, served at our signature restaurant only. Breakfast enjoyed in other outlets or via Room Service will incur additional charges
Cyan Brasserie also provides a la carte dining during the following hours:
Breakfast: 07.00 hours – 10.30 hours
Lunch: 12.00 noon – 15.00 hours
Dinner: 19.00 hours – 23.30 hours
EXTRA PERSON
An extra person (3rd person in the room) will be charged AED 200 per person per night including all applicable service charges, local fees, taxes, 5% VAT on basic rate and service charge. Any changes on taxes will be automatically applied without prior notice.
CHILDREN POLICY
Rooms:
Children up to 11 years (inclusive) sharing a room on existing bedding or extra bedding with parents incur no charge
Single partent sharing with a child up to 11 years (inclusive) of age pays single room rate.
Baby cots and roll-away beds are complimentary and subject to availability for all persons below 12 years of age
Breakfast is free for children up to 11 years (inclusive) when booking BB rates
TERMS AND CONDITIONS / PAYMENT INFORMATION
Full payment for rooms and taxes to be received as per the payment policy outlined below.
-All rooms reserved on 15 September 2025 and afterwards have to be 100% prepaid and will be non refundable in case of any cancellation. The hotel will send a credit card payment link or invoice if this is requested in time.
Rooms are guaranteed by the hotel only once deposit is received.
All guests who incur additional charges outside this agreement (e.g. minibar, telephone etc.) will be required to settle these upon check out. Credit card imprints and / or pre-payments upon check-in will be requested from each guest.
For individual bookings, guest names, check-in dates, and other changes to these reservations will be permitted as per the release/cancellation policy below as long as the original length of stay is not altered.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Individual guests are responsible for the below cancellation charges as per their credit cards:

Before 14 September'25 No cancellation charges will apply for individual reservations
From 15 September'25 All rooms booked will be non-refundable in case of any cancellation and full payment to be received. A month before arrival, the hotel will send you a payment link to pay the non refundable amount for 100% of the reservation.
NO SHOW AND SHORTENING OF STAY POLICY
In the event that confirmed reservations fail to check in (No Show), guest will be charged for the whole period as per agreement.
No-show rooms will be released at 12:00 noon the following date unless reconfirmed as an arrival by Guest or guest.
In case of shortening guest’s stay, guest will be charged the amount equal to the original length of stay.
For individual bookings, guest names, check-in dates, and other changes to these reservations will be permitted as per the release/cancellation policy as long as the original length of stay is not altered.
CANCELLATION BY THE HOTEL
In case Guest does not commit to all terms and conditions of this Agreement (e.g. payment, deposits, cancellation, rooming lists, etc) – Hotel reserves the right to terminate the Agreement after written notice.
STORAGE
Hotel will not assume any liability for loss, damage or theft of any article left in our possession for storage. The articles are deposited with the hotel at the sole risk of the owner. It is requested that articles should be collected within 24 hours of the events conclusion. In the event that the articles deposited are not collected in three days, the hotel reserves the right to dispose of all remaining articles.
SECURITY
Hotel provides both non and uniformed 24 hour security, for general hotel purposes. We are able to arrange specific dedicated security for your sole purpose at additional rates. Should additional security be required please ensure that this is arranged a minimum of seven working days prior to the commencement of the event. Hotel does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to any exhibition, display, material, or items within the designated meeting areas and therefore recommends the service of dedicated static security be arranged.
HOTEL PREMISES
The customer shall be responsible for the orderly conduct of the function and shall ensure that nothing will constitute a breach of the law or in any way cause a nuisance.
Clients shall obtain and maintain all licenses, permits, approvals or consents necessary or desirable in connection with the performance of the function with respect to special requirements outside of normal hotel operations.
Hotel assumes no responsibility for personal items, which are damaged or lost prior to, during or following a function. Personal insurance coverage for valuables should be arranged by the patrons / contactors.
Hotel reserves the right to approve all signage and decorations within its Salons. All signs / decorations must be professional printed / arranged and must match existing décor and colour scheme. Signs are not permitted on guestroom levels, elevators, main lobby areas of the hotel, or on the exterior of the building.
All displays or exhibits, if any, must conform to Abu Dhabi fire ordinance rules. Hotel will not permit the affixing of anything to the walls, floors, or ceilings with nails, staples, or tape of any kind. If this is done without authorisation and damage is suffered, the cost of repair and / or replacement will be billed to the patron / contactor as well as the consequent loss of business resulting from this damage.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
No food and beverage may be brought into the hotel for consumption on the premises, unless prior consent of the hotel is obtained, additional charges may be incurred.
ROOM DELIVERIES
Personal delivery of room gifts may incur additional charges and must be arranged at least one day in advance.
PARKING
Valet parking facilities are available at no additional charge.
PLACE of ARBITRATION CLAUSE
This Agreement and any action related thereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the UAE, without regard to conflicts of law principles. The Parties will initiate any lawsuits in connection with this Agreement in Abu Dhabi courts and irrevocably consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the courts sitting.
FORCE MAJEURE
If either party is prevented from performing its obligations under this Contract as a result of circumstances beyond its control, which it could not at the time of entering into the Contract have known, and whose consequences it could not have either reasonably avoided or overcome, this shall constitute grounds for termination of the Contract upon written notice to the other party and shall release it from liability to pay damages.
INDEMNIFICATION
Company shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Hotel and their respective officers, directors, representatives, agents and employees (collectively, the “Indemnitees”) from and against any and all actions, costs, claims, losses, expenses and/or damages, including attorneys' fees and expenses, for the death or personal injury of individuals, and/or the damage, loss or destruction of real or personal property; except, those claims, demands, actions, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising out of the sole negligence or intentional acts the Hotel, and/or its directors, officers, representatives, agents or employees. Vendor indemnification of the Hotel includes any and all reasonable costs and expenses incurred in connection with the enforcement of this section.

We respect the fundamental human rights of all people as stated in the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Our Human Rights Statement articulates our commitment to respect the rights of our colleagues, guests, and business partners, who we also expect to uphold the same principles. We articulate this expectation to our suppliers through our Supplier Code of Conduct. In addition, we continue to assess evolving human rights issues. Given the complexity of these issues, we frequently collaborate with industry Guests and experts to shape our knowledge and programs to help protect human rights.
PRIVACY POLICY
Hotel complies with the Global Privacy Policy for Guests, which is available at //privacy.hyatt.com (the "Privacy Policy"). If applicable, Guest agrees to inform guests or event attendees at Hotel ("Guests") where they may access the Privacy Policy. To the extent that Guest transfers information related to any person to Hotel, Guest confirms and warrants that it will do so in a manner ensuring appropriate security measures and in compliance of all applicable requirements of data protection and privacy laws and regulations.
Guest affirms that it (and its Agent, if applicable) is authorized to provide, request, and receive information pertaining to Guests and event attendees as is necessary pursuant to the Guests' hotel stay, event attendance or under this Agreement. Hotel will protect and use personal data about Guests and event attendees that Hotel receives in connection with its performance of this Agreement and as set forth in the Privacy Policy, provided that Guest acknowledges and agrees that certain services may be provided by a third party and that use of such services may be subject to terms and conditions (including those regarding the access and use of Guest information) different than those in this Agreement.
